The 5108 V-8 Small Block Container is our original container designed around the small block Chevy. It is sized to be compact for transport trailers or aircraft. Due to its compact size some accessories may have to be disconnected from the engine. Most dry sump pumps will fit as well as front accessories. Deep oil pans and/or tall intakes may be a better fit in our 5115 container. Complete sizing details can be found on page 7 of the catalog. Molded plastic mounts are available for small block Chevy or tubular engine cradles can be bolted to the container.
The 5115 Big Block Container is our most popular for both small block and big block engines. The container offers ample room all around. Available molded plastic mounts for small/big block Chevy, Ford Windsor small block and GM LS engines. Other engines can be supported on tubular engine cradles. Our molded rear mounts fit Chevy or Ford Windsor only. Be sure to check out the sizing details on page 7 of the catalog.
The 5116 V-8 Small Block Container is a version of the 5108 container with a raised top to accommodate Sprint Car injectors. It shares the base of the 5108 and the top is raised 4". Ample room in front of the engine for dry sump tank and most sprint car motor plates.
The 5110 Small Block Container with "Bell Housing" is an extend length version of the 5108 container. Rear panel in the base half is molded flat so that a bell housing transmission mounting surface can be bolted to the container. The plastic molded front mounts, part #5108C will mount as with the 5108. The Ford and LS mounts can be utilized by trimming the height of the mount. The 5111 Ultra Large Container has been affectionately known as "The Monster Case". This big container will accommodate larger engines with tall decks, billet heads, deep pans and tall intakes such as most "Pro Stock" type engines. Weighing in at a robust 74 pounds, this container is ready for any shipping challenge. There are currently no plastic molded mounts available for this container, check with your engine parts supplier for a tubular engine cradle. Check the sizing details on Page 7 of our catalog to make sure your "Monster Engine" will fit.
The 5109 V-8 Small Block Short Block Container utilizes the 5108 base with a shorty 4" top and can accommodate engines without cylinder heads or intake. There is enough room for oil pan and front accessories. There is additional room in the front of the container for spare parts such as cylinder heads or intake. The plastic molded front mounts, part #5108C will mount as with the 5108. The Ford and LS mounts can be utilized by trimming the height of the mount. Be sure to check the sizing details on page 7 of our catalog for sizing details.
The 5107 Chevy Bare Block Container is specifically designed around the 350-400 Chevy engine block. There is no room for head studs or main caps installed on the block. These items can be packed separately.
The 5175 Go Kart Engine Container can be utilized for a variety of small engines. Available inserts include Briggs, Honda GX, Iame, Rotax, Yamaha, Yamaha YF and the popular "Blank" insert. The Blank insert allows you to drill your own engine bolt pattern and place the engine which suites your application the best. Standard colors are grey, blue and red.
The 5106 Universal Container is ideal for disassembled engines and parts for storage or shipment. The container can also be used for in-line 4-cylinder and V-6 engines when supported on a tubular engine cradle. Be sure to check the sizing details on page 7 of our catalog.
